Client Background

BeMobile Physio is a well-known senior wellness provider in Australia, led by Mitch and his team in Sydney. Their mission is to help adults over 55 stay strong, mobile, and confident.

After years of running successful in-person sessions and building a large contact list, BeMobile had become a local leader. However, their online presence was scattered, and they wanted to reach more seniors around the world.

To achieve this, BeMobile partnered with Motivation Digital. Using our Engage Blueprint and Launchpad Design, we helped them turn their local practice into a global digital business. Within 24 hours of launching their new online funnel, they gained over 1,000 high-quality leads and quickly grew into a 7-figure business on Kajabi.

The Challenge

The portal featured intuitive navigation, clear progress tracking, and personalised status updates, ensuring every member felt supported from their very first visit.
 
A standout feature of the portal is the Interactive Onboarding Centre. Rather than a single welcome video, this dynamic section presents members with multiple action buttons, each unveiling a targeted, step-by-step video. This empowers members to choose their own learning path and receive guidance tailored to their needs, embodying best practices in onboarding: interactive product tours, progressive disclosure, and contextual in-app guidance.

Personalised Experience & Gamification

A core part of our project was crafting a truly personalised member journey. We introduced a dynamic “status” feature, giving each member real-time updates on their progress and current standing within the platform. This transparency empowered members to track their achievements and stay motivated.

To further enhance engagement, we developed a dedicated “Steps” page. This page visually mapped out each member’s journey using colorful cards and clear icons, showing completed steps and highlighting what’s next. This approach not only made progress tangible but also leveraged gamification, an industry best practice, to keep members motivated and invested in their growth.
