GenuineShift helps insurance brokers grow by developing high-performing client service professionals and teams. Through custom and cohort-based programs, they serve 100+ firms nationwide and have worked with 23 of the top 100 insurance firms. Their Client Service Academy delivers transformative, practical training for a high-pressure, high-stakes industry.

THE IDEA:

Redesign and scale GenuineShift's digital platform to improve onboarding, elevate the membership experience, and streamline acquisition funnels using Kajabi and Monday.com integrations.

BRAND MOTIVATED:

Motivation crafted a strategy-first roadmap with GenuineShift's leadership team to unify their content, clarify product access paths, and scale their reach. We integrated their cohort-based and on-demand programs into a beautifully branded dashboard, redesigned their acquisition journey, and introduced an automated, scalable infrastructure.

Funnel Design

After Discovery, we architected a dual-path funnel: an Acquisition Funnel to streamline free sign-ups, and a separate Registration Funnel for on-demand/cohort-based programs, both powered by Monday.com forms.

Custom Checkout

We created a custom Kajabi checkout, enabling free signups with tailored automations for members and sponsors.

 

Custom Designs

The team created branded dashboards for paid and free members, layered with strategic tagging, automations, and intuitive navigation. We also scoped an automated email solution to support managers with relevant program updates.

Branding & Stylesheet

The GenuineShift Kajabi platform was designed with clarity and confidence in mind—mirroring the tone of their training programs. Our LaunchPAD Stylesheet was the foundation for this transformation. It acts as a centralized command center for the site’s entire visual identity.

We implemented a smart, scalable design system that aligns with GenuineShift’s values: professionalism, energy, and approachability.

 
 

Homepage

The homepage, designed using the 4Ps copywriting framework, showcases GenuineShift’s value proposition through strong messaging and compelling visuals. It introduces their key offerings—such as the Client Service Academy—while guiding users to either sign up for the free Client Service Center dashboard or register for cohort-based and on-demand programs, with clear calls to action for each path.

Optimized for mobile and tested across browsers, the homepage supports lead generation with integrated Monday.com forms and dynamic copy. It sets the tone for users to feel welcomed, informed, and empowered.

Transforming a Mission-Led Brand Story into a Strategic Experience

GenuineShift’s story is one of bold vision, practical expertise, and industry disruption—and our challenge was to capture all of that on a single About page that felt both human and strategic.

Rather than creating a typical “meet the founder” or timeline layout, we built a layered narrative structure centered around what truly matters to the GenuineShift audience: purpose, credibility, and values.

We highlighted the impact stats first (100+ firms, 5,000+ participants), then flowed into brand philosophy: “Clients hire you to be led.”™ This bold positioning served as a thematic anchor throughout the page. We supported it with social proof (top client logos), founder authority (Jenn Walsh’s extensive background), and emotional resonance (values like candor, empathy, and community).

From a UX perspective, we used icon-based value blocks, responsive layout patterns, and accessible heading structures to make the content scannable without losing depth. Each section invites engagement—whether you’re a CEO looking for team development or a service professional seeking growth.

 
 

Acquisition Funnel

We created a seamless two-step funnel optimized for LinkedIn-driven traffic and existing landing pages. The flow captures leads, segments them at signup, and directs them to a personalized dashboard with access to free resources.

This initial segmentation sets the stage for deeper engagement across on-demand and cohort-based programs, forming the foundation of GenuineShift’s user acquisition strategy.

With users across the U.S. and Canada, compliance was critical. We implemented a branded consent module, cookie management tool, and legal hub that complies with U.S. and international regulations.

GenuineShift’s ePrivacy module is custom-designed to match their branding while meeting industry requirements. It includes opt-ins for resources, marketing communications, and member terms.

Custom Registration Form

For GenuineShift’s Client Service Center, we replaced Kajabi’s default form with a custom, conversion-focused signup experience designed around trust, clarity, and value. The layout features a clean, split-screen format: clear benefit-driven copy on the left and a minimal, password-gated registration form on the right.

We designed the page to feel less like a transaction and more like an invitation—using reassuring microcopy, a testimonial for social proof, and an FAQ section to address common objections. This lightweight lead capture flow is fully integrated with Kajabi’s tagging and automation system, granting immediate access to gated content.

Pricing Plans

Building a Smarter, Flexible Pricing Page for Multiple Audiences

For GenuineShift’s Pricing page, our goal was to create a clear, permission-based experience that could support multiple program tiers—from free trials to enterprise training solutions.

We structured the page to serve three core audiences:

  • Individuals looking to self-enroll in on-demand programs like “Intro to the EB Business” and “AM Express”

  • Professionals exploring free signup options

  • Enterprise clients with more complex training needs

Using Kajabi and Monday.com forms, we built out distinct CTAs and user journeys for each audience. Tiered pricing visuals were branded with the GST color palette and supported by persuasive copy written around value—not just features. Each pricing block links directly to either a custom checkout, contact flow, or form funnel, depending on user type and status tag.

 

Launchpad Design Optimised

Kajabi can be limiting when it comes to responsive flexibility—but for a brand like GenuineShift, which serves professionals across industries, roles, and devices, seamless accessibility was non-negotiable.

Using our LaunchPAD framework, we re-engineered the GenuineShift website to perform flawlessly across all screen sizes and browsers. From mobile phones to enterprise desktop setups, every page adapts responsively.

We also optimised asset loading and sizing to prioritize fast page speeds, boost SEO performance, and ensure every visitor has an engaging, frustration-free experience.

Free Members Dashboard (Client Service Center)

This dashboard is the main hub for Free members after completing registration, offering immediate value and guiding users toward premium content. It features GENUINE SHIFT branding, a personalized welcome message, and a clean layout with intuitive navigation. The left sidebar includes sections like Client Service Center, Your Programs, Academy Programs, and Work with Us, while the top-right menu allows profile access and logout.

Content highlights include a welcome video from the Founder & CEO, the LinkedIn Profile Refresh Course, and curated resources like “Let’s Get Real” and “Small Shifts, Big Impact.” Featured programs and “Coming Soon” sections introduce additional value. The design supports clear navigation, regular updates, and visible upgrade paths.

Paid Participants Dashboard (Library Page)

This dashboard serves currently enrolled program participants and includes:

  • Consistent layout with left sidebar and top navigation menu

  • Full profile/account access via the top menu

  • Organized program resources in a library format

  • Quick access to enrolled programs and materials

  • Streamlined logout option

  • Focused experience without the general Client Service Center content

  • Direct entry to program-specific tools and resources

This setup minimizes distractions, helping paid users focus solely on their program until completion.

Blog page

We built a clean, responsive blog layout with a powerful search bar to help visitors quickly find articles, videos, and updates that matter to them. Whether users are looking for tips on client service engagement or leadership insights, they can easily access content by keyword or topic.

Each blog post page supports flexible formatting, allowing the team to embed videos, add branded banners, or highlight key takeaways—turning every article into an interactive learning moment. We also designed the card-style layout on the main blog index to align visually with GenuineShift’s product and dashboard modules, creating a seamless branded experience.
