A transparent, conversion-optimised pricing page, powered by Launchpad logic. Advisors can easily compare three tailored membership tiers — Premium, Elite, and Enterprise — each with clear copy and upgrade options.

For those needing a custom solution or wanting to discuss options, we added a prominent booking feature: advisors can instantly schedule a free discovery call directly from the pricing page via an inline Launchpad popup with Calendly integration — no redirects, just seamless engagement.

To further support decision-making, we implemented a sophisticated FAQ section using SaaS best practices: questions are grouped by topic, presented in expandable accordions for easy browsing, and address everything from billing to onboarding and support. This ensures advisors get instant answers, builds trust, and removes barriers to conversion.
 

Member Portal


We designed a custom member portal that adapts to each advisor’s plan and business needs. The portal personalises content, call-to-actions, and access, so every advisor sees only what’s relevant to them, whether it’s onboarding steps, client management tools, live webinars, or upgrade options.

Automated onboarding guides new users from signup to full access without manual intervention. Advisors can manage their accounts, view plan-specific resources, and handle upgrades in just a few clicks. The portal integrates seamlessly with booking, communication, and reporting tools, keeping everything in one place.

For B2B firms, this means less admin, faster onboarding, and a more professional experience for every advisor and client. Our approach delivers a scalable, easy-to-manage solution that supports business growth and adapts as your needs evolve. 
 

Coaching Funnel


The LifeMap team had a clear vision for their coaching experience. They wanted a seamless, high-level solution for integrating multiple coaches and booking both free and paid sessions. Our job was to deliver that vision with precision and sophistication.

We built a fully custom Personal Coaching Funnel, combining Kajabi, Launchpad, and Calendly to enable effortless scheduling, instant notifications, and advanced automations. Clients can easily browse coach profiles and book sessions, choosing from multiple coaches with just a few clicks. The backend runs on autopilot, managing scheduling, confirmations, and access through robust automations and rules, while the frontend remains intuitive and easy.

We won't lie, it wasn't that easy! This one-of-a-kind funnel required thorough planning, mapping, and design to ensure every step, from coach selection to session booking, is smooth for clients and fully automated for the business. The result is a scalable, hands-off system that sets a new standard for personalised coaching integration in digital platforms.

 

Resource Library


To showcase LifeMap resources, we built an Intelligent Resource Library by enhancing Kajabi course products with a custom Launchpad Marketplace theme, purpose-built to surpass standard platform limitations. The library features a left sidebar and Netflix-style card layout for instant loading, quick search, and an intuitive interface, making it easy for both advisor teams and clients to find what they need.

Instead of standard categories, we implemented a keyword-based system layered throughout the library, enabling seamless browsing by category, content type, or favourites. Each section connects directly to its Kajabi module, delivering a smooth, frictionless content experience for every user.

 
 

Sign Up


The LifeMap team wanted every advisor to have their own branded registration page for clients, a solution that’s fluid, scalable, and easy to manage from the backend. We delivered a fully designed Launchpad landing page template, paired with a free signup checkout, that can be quickly duplicated and customised for each advisor.

The hero section features a video, persuasive copy, and a strong CTA, followed by content sections and FAQs to inform and engage clients. The backend setup allows the LifeMap team to update branding and details for each advisor with ease, ensuring a consistent yet personalised experience.

As part of a seamless funnel, we ensured all emails, tags, and automations work together, so clients move effortlessly from signup to instant access to their personalised Client Member Portal and resources.

 

Mobile

Kajabi Website design

We designed and built a high-converting Advisor Sales Page for LifeMap using the proven 4Ps copywriting framework — Promise, Picture, Proof, Push. The page features a persuasive sales video, clear messaging, and a bold CTA to book a free discovery call.

To maximise conversions, we integrated Calendly directly into a Launchpad popup, enabling instant, frictionless call booking with real-time notifications — no redirects, no lost leads. Every element is crafted to engage busy financial advisors, highlight LifeMap’s turnkey platform, and showcase the value of expert life tools, live webinars, and one-on-one guidance.
