A single customer journey is one complete path someone takes, from the first place they encounter you through to a clear outcome, such as a purchase, sign-up, or meaningful engagement.

An action moment is any point along that journey where someone decides whether to continue, take the next step, or leave.

These moments are shaped by things like clarity of messaging, layout, offers, pricing, trust signals, timing, and friction.

Examples of single journeys include:

  • Ad or social post → landing page → checkout
  • Homepage → email sign-up → email sequence → purchase
  • Campaign page → form submission → confirmation

Within each journey, we review up to 12 key action moments, such as:

  • Whether the initial message matches what the visitor expects
  • Whether the next step is obvious and easy to take
  • Whether common questions or doubts are addressed in time
  • Whether the offer and pricing feel clear and justified

If a journey branches into multiple offers, audiences, or destinations, each branch is treated as a separate journey and will require a higher audit level with more action moments.

All audits are delivered on a weekly execution cycle.

  • Audits are scheduled for execution on Mondays.

  • Delivery is completed within 7 days, including the weekend.

  • You’ll receive your recorded walkthrough as soon as the audit is complete.

This fixed cadence allows us to maintain quality, consistency, and predictable delivery across all audit levels.

The audit is focused on clarity and direction, not execution. As such, it does not include:

  • Design, copywriting, or technical implementation
  • Building or editing pages, emails, or automations
  • Creating or managing email sequences beyond the journey being reviewed
  • Review of additional or branching journeys outside the agreed scope
  • Analytics setup, tracking configuration, or third-party tool integrations
  • Direct optimisation of advertising accounts

Where copy, pricing, upsells, or emails directly affect the journey under review, these are covered as recommendations, not executed changes.
