How to add an Agency to your Typeform account

Learn how you can collaborate with an agency by inviting them to your account.

Inviting an agency to your existing Typeform account can enable your teams to start collaborating on your surveys and questionnaires, for an easier and more productive workflow.
 

To add an agency to your Typeform account, go through the following steps:

  • Login to your Typeform account

  • Go to Settings and then click on "Team Management"

  • Click on the "Add agency" button

  • Enter the agency email address and select "Add"

➡️ By teaming up with an agency account, it enables the agency members to access your account without occupying a seat in your team.

 

Next Steps

Now that the agency has been invited to join your team, you can create a new Workspace or invite them to an existing one.

 

You can do that by:

  • Hovering over the plus button ("Add team members") inside the selected Workspace and clicking on it

  • From the pop up, find the agency you wish to include and click on the "Add" button

 
 ❗ Note that when you add an agency to your account, your billing information will not be accessible to them.
